Every Garage Revive floor includes two warranties — one on the tiles themselves and one on our installation.

Limited lifetime product warranty
On the tiles
The interlocking garage floor tiles we install are covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. It protects you against defects in the materials and manufacturing under normal use, for the lifetime of the product.
Covered
- Defects in the tile material resulting from manufacturing.
- Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the tiles.
- Defects in the original construction or manufacturing workmanship.
- Premature product failure from a qualifying manufacturing defect under normal intended use.
If a qualifying defect is confirmed, the manufacturer decides the remedy under its warranty terms.
5-year workmanship warranty
On our installation
We stand behind our installation. If something goes wrong because of how we installed your floor, we fix it at no labor cost to you — for five years after the installation date.
Covered
- Tiles separating because they were improperly connected during installation.
- Flooring lifting or buckling because the required expansion clearance was not properly provided.
- Installation-related shifting or movement caused by improper tile placement.
- Improperly installed perimeter edges, ramps, or transition pieces.
- Installation defects that cause the flooring system to fail to perform as intended.
- Other verifiable defects directly resulting from our installation workmanship.
These exclusions do not eliminate coverage for an independently qualifying installation defect.
If something goes wrong with our work
If a covered workmanship issue happens within five years of your installation date:
- We inspect the affected area.
- We determine whether the problem resulted from our installation.
- We repair or reinstall the affected section as necessary.
- We provide the labor and replacement materials at no additional charge.
Full warranty terms
Here are the complete details, in plain language.
1. Limited lifetime product warranty
The tiles are covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty against defects in the flooring materials and manufacturing workmanship, under normal use and service, for the lifetime of the product.
What the manufacturer warranty covers
- Defects in the tile material resulting from manufacturing.
- Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the tiles.
- Defects in the original construction or manufacturing workmanship.
- Premature product failure from a qualifying manufacturing defect under normal intended use.
What it does not cover
The limited lifetime warranty is a product warranty, not an unconditional guarantee against all types of damage. It does not cover:
- Scratches, scuffs, cuts, tears, or surface abrasions.
- Stains caused by asphalt, driveway sealer, or rubber wheels.
- Marks or discoloration from performance tires.
- Damage caused by burns or excessive heat.
- Indentation from concentrated rolling loads or improperly equipped caster wheels.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations.
- Damage caused by improper installation or inadequate subfloor preparation.
- Damage from excessive moisture, hydrostatic pressure, mold, or mildew.
- Damage caused by prolonged direct UV exposure.
- Damage from unapproved adhesives or floor-care products.
- Normal differences in color between samples, photographs, and production batches.
2. Garage Revive 5-year workmanship warranty
On every professionally installed floor, Garage Revive adds a 5-year workmanship warranty. If an issue occurs because of improper installation or workmanship performed by Garage Revive, we correct the qualifying issue at no additional labor cost to the customer.
What our workmanship warranty covers

What our workmanship warranty does not cover
- Physical damage caused by the customer or third parties.
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, burns, or dropped objects.
- Damage from improper use, abuse, or neglect.
- Staining or discoloration caused by chemicals, automotive fluids, rubber tires, or other contaminants.
- Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear from normal garage use.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.
- Damage resulting from excessive moisture, flooding, or subfloor problems.
- Damage caused by structural movement or changes in the underlying concrete.
- Damage caused by modifications or repairs performed by someone other than Garage Revive.
- Normal wear and tear.
These exclusions do not eliminate coverage for an independently qualifying installation defect.
